San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers
100 J F Kennedy Dr, San Francisco, California 94118
We have to start our session earlier— at 6pm.
Here's why. Despite our best efforts, the Conservatory is a bit chillier than our other venues. You can experience sound meditation very comfortably.
But often during breathwork, body temperature changes. Some people report being really hot or really cold.
We want to keep you safe. First and foremost. So we are going to start the session earlier while the sun is still out, and we feel confident you will be comfortable.
So instead of arriving at 7 and starting the session at 8pm, we are going to ask you to arrive at 5:30-5:45 and start the session at 6pm. You'll have two hours to play in the conservatory afterwards!
We also have 4 spots available, please message us if you are interested in attending and can come at the earlier time!
— The Breathwork Sound Bath w/ Guy Douglas will be at The Conservatory of Flowers this month!

— 'The Breathwork Sound Bath' is a powerful tool for anyone who wants to create the life they desire.
The practice starts when you choose something you want to call into your life. We then move in 25 minutes of facilitated breathwork (w/ Guy Douglas). This breathwork is powerful— it can bring up and stir emotions that, hidden under the rug, can be preventing you from reaching your goals.
We then move in a sweet & gentle sound bath with a 38" Paiste gong, diatonic crystal singing bowls, quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, chimes and more.
If you'd like an email reminder for future events, please sign up at soundmeditationsf.com.
— Practice & sound bath facilitated by Guy Douglas. Guy Douglas is a Sound Healing Practitioner/gongmaster and Breathwork Facilitator. He's the creator of 'The Holistic Chamber of Sound' and more. He has studied sound healing techniques & the eastern philosophy of music, which helps clear dormant pathways to open the heart.
— Transformational Breathwork
This is an active breath that requires some effort. You'll be supported by verbal guidance, medicinal drums, shakers and more.
Transformative breathwork is a powerful tool for removing obstacles in your experience of love, joy and self-actualization.
Our Sound Meditation & healing journey will be guided by a planetary tuned gong tuned to the frequency of the the Sun, medicinal and shamanic drums, and a set of chakra based crystal bowls tuned to the seven chakras. Using these instruments, we provide a foundation of sound through which participants can experience greater awareness and personal transformation.
This is an experiential class, where skilled individuals create a safe container for whatever is necessary to help them process the experiences of their lives.
