Begin your day the Air Ballet way. Improve your lines and grace by beginning your aerial practice with a Ballet Barre warm up. We will focus on the length and strength of your legs while softening the upper body and arms. Following the warm-up the class will learn a 3 minute aerial dance. We will finish out the week by performing our dance in class for friends and family. A great opportunity to diversify your aerial practice, challenge your mind, strengthen your ankles, or just overcome the fear of performing.

9:15-9:45am Active Flexibility
Snack, water, Shoulder warm-up
10-11:30am Aerial Repertory.
