Join us for our Second(ish) Sunday Afternoon Tea Date! You have two opportunities to join us for these FREE Events… at 12-1pm at Julie's Alameda and 3-4pm at Julie's Oakland.

This is a sweet chance to get to know herbal medicine, deepen into community with other herbalists, and taste several delicious, effective medicines that are easy to make at home and gentle enough for everyone in your family.

Our wombs and hormones can be one of the most beautiful, sweetest aspects of our bodies, minds, and spirits — when healthy and in flow — or they can be rife with challenges. Herbs are powerful healers when it comes to the reproductive system, renewing our energy, fertility, flow, and helping with challenges like PMS, PCOS, mood swings, cramping, infertility, late periods, and more.

Some of the stars of this afternoon will be: raspberry leaf, stinging nettle, peony, oatstraw, licorice root, vitex berries, lavender, and rose.

We'll finish up with an optional Q&A.
