Imagine what life would feel like if you gave yourself total permission to be 100% YOU in your life and relationships.
No more censoring. No more masks. Just you being honest about what you feel, who you are, and what you want.
It's a magical place to create relationships from, and that's exactly what Essential Intimacy is all about.
Join us for an evening of authentic connection games inviting you to play with a group of open-minded individuals as you let us witness real YOU.
Facilitated by Arielle Brown, each game is designed to invite you dive or tip toe into intimacy at whatever pace feels good to you. And the best part is, that this stuff is fun!
You are welcome to show up as you are, your beauty, your mess, your intense emotions, knowing that all of YOU is invited to the experience.
Important: Please arrive on time. It is important to be there at the beginning of the event in order to drop in with the group. Doors lock at 7:40pm. Cost is $15 to attend. Cash only, please.

About the Facilitator
Arielle Brown is an agent of courageous vulnerability and insatiable curiosity. As a group facilitator, coach, and performing singer, Arielle integrates the power of intimacy, relationship, community and sound to create a space where we can release the thought, beliefs and habitual patterns that block us from the things we desire most. She has been facilitating groups and working with individuals privately for over six years.
She has a depthful and diverse background in psychology, embodiment, and male-female dynamics. Her background includes a B.A. in Clinical Psychology and Philosphy, as well as a certification in Eating Psychology Coaching, Orgasmic Meditation & Relationship Coaching, and in Transformational Leadership. Through integrating these modalities, she has created a unique and cohesive approach to cultivating intimacy with self and with other that transcends all barriers.
«To fully integrate facilitation with rawness, event-direction with realness, and group-holding with vulnerability is, essentially, an impossible game. Arielle wins this impossible game. Again and again. Every time I’ve been to one of her events— as a participant or a co-facilitator— she has blown me away with her ability to simultaneously channel intuitive wisdom, hold clear structure, and be 100% herself.»

«Where do people like Arielle come from? From a place of deep love and reverence for human life and human potential. Arielle is real, transparent, daring, and kind. She is a magical embodiment of courage, authenticity and pure possibility. Arielle creates an auspicious and safe container to fall apart in, to get bone dry honest in, and, most importantly one where you can BE YOURSELF. It is only through a passage of getting truly honest with oneself that one can begin to create a life that aligns with their highest truth, potential and desires.»

«What I most like about her event is the connection I feel with those who attend, even those who are there for the first time. Arielle makes the event feel „safe“ and this has the effect of inviting people to participate and „play.“ Time flies and when it ends I usually wish it would actually go a little longer! I've been attending events for 5 years now and Essential Intimacy is the best one I know of in the North Bay, and the only one I go to on a regular basis. I miss it when I am away too long.I can't recommend it highly enough. If you have thought about coming but have been „on the fence,“ give it a try, once. You will come back.»
