Course 1: Layered Bread w/ Feta + Heirlooms
Cubed and creamy Middle Eastern feta dresses grated heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, and jalapeño. Drizzled with a generous amount of top quality Lebanese olive oil and served with homemade fresh, buttery, flaky bread.
Course 2: Beans and Cheese
A chef favorite — hot, mashed beans topped with tomato, jalapeno, garlic salsa, cumin, Lebanese olive oil, and served with fenugreek-butter naan.
Course 3: Grilled Eggplant
Grilled cubes of eggplant tossed in a tahini yogurt sauce, little crispy cubed potatoes tossed in garlic, cilantro, and coriander, grilled red pepper harissa purée, pita crackers, and olive oil.
Course 4: Lamb
Spiced grilled lamb patty served over tomato-sauce soaked Turkish bread, yogurt, butter, and herbs.
Course 5: Ice Cream + Cotton Candy
