Tight hips influence a range of conditions: low back pain, digestive pain, knee pain, decreased immune function and more. This workshop will methodically address strengthening and stretching the hips to create both fluidity and stability in the pelvis. Designed for all levels of experience, poses will be modified to fit individual students through the use of props and variations. We will use Pranayama (breath work), sound and discussion to explore emotional blocks that lead to tension and unconscious patterning.
