In this workshop we will explore yoga poses that are most beneficial for keeping the back pain free. And we’ll learn how to modify classical positions to accommodate individual needs. No yoga experience is required.
Benjamin is certified as an Elise Browning Miller Yoga for Scoliosis Teacher Trainer. He strives to create a practice that is accessible to all bodies, through refined instruction, partner work, artful sequencing, and the use of props. He believes that, «Everyone in a body can experience the joy that is yoga».
