Fresh mint, radish, feta cheese, soaked walnuts and almonds served with sangak bread.
Course 2: Maast Laboo
Beet yogurt with fresh mint. This dish is served family style.
Course 3: Mediterranean-Inspired Salad
Fresh herbs, mix greens, bulgur and glazed seasonal fruit with fresh lime and olive oil dressing.
Course 4: Koofteh
This meatball dish is a family recipe. Ground beef, caramelized onion, garlic, fresh herbs (tarragon, cilantro, mint), rice, split pea, dried apricot, plum, tomato sauce and spices. Served with sangak bread.
