→ Treat your mind and body to yoga sessions around the museum with Yoga Tree and YogaWorks instructors: Roll out your mat in front of our Philippine Coral Reef or in the Piazza, where you’ll be accompanied by a live set by DJ Hyfi. Practice your vinyasa on our Living Roof (weather permitting) for a round of sunset salutations.
→ Join us for a night of mind-expanding talks on consciousness and the brain in African Hall, including a presentation by Dr. Helen Weng of UCSF, who uses MRIs and machine learning to study the brain during meditation.
→ Learn about neurological peripheral pain syndromes (like phantom limbs) with neuroscientist—and long-time yoga practitioner—Jason Bant of Stanford.
→ Feed your body wisely with holistic nutrition tips from Bauman College, Health-Ade Kombucha, and Numi Organic Tea between yoga sessions.
