Afrolicious is bringing their entire live set and DJ/Soundsystem show to Public Works on September 29th to celebrate the release of their newest album «Ways of Seeing». After a summer of touring the country, including playing some of the biggest festivals around the band is hot and ready to play an exteneded set for its hometown fans. Support from Braza's DJ Antonio Guedes will be sure to make sure the dancing never stops.

Ozgood
San Francisco based Ozgood has been rocking dancefloors from cities like Rio de Janeiro to New York City to festivals like Burning Man. His eclectic selections mix up dance music from genres ranging from funk, Afrobeat, disco, house, Latin, Hip-Hop and reggae, the unifying factor being the breaks that make the party move.

As a tastemaker, producer and promoter he has helped garner worldwide respect for the Afrolicious party he co-founded has gained critical praise for his mixtapes and original production and remixes that have come out on Six Degrees Records and Akwaaba Records.

Antonio Guedes
Antonio is one of the mastermind behind BRAZA!, a celebration of the heritage of the Brazilian music. He and his crew have produced events for over 7 years in San Francisco and made some tropical history in the Bay. Names like: Nu-Mark (Jurassic Five), Spinna (BBE / Rawkus Records), DJ Nuts (Marcelo D2), Maga Bo (Tru Thoughts), Marcelinho da Lua (Bossacucanova), LEFTO (Blue Note), and so many other remarkable artists, took control of BRAZA!’s console in an unprecedented fashion, bringing forward Brazilian/Latin flavored sets exclusively picked for the occasion. In addition to that, the party was voted Hottest SF Party, by SF Weekly readers, and it was the official music production company for the Macy’s Brasil Flower Festival, in 2012.
