The Queer Men's Circle was created to provide an opportunity for queer men in the Bay Area to share in their vulnerability, be seen and heard without judgment or critique, and create meaningful connections with other queer men in the community. There is no advice giving — instead, we will share our own stories and that which is close to us without a need for resolution or debating. By using this method, it allows us to create a more accepting and compassionate space to connect in.
This group is open to anyone who identifies as queer (ie. non-heterosexual) and male (cis/trans), but anyone who identifies outside the spectrum of the gender binary and feels a call to join is also welcome.
— Share what is meaningful to you
— Listen with curiosity and an open heart
— Respond with how you’ve been impacted
— Be mindful of time so others can speak
— No advice giving, fixing, or debating
