Monica's Spanish paella is made with these ingredients: roasted peppers, tomatoes, green beans or peas, shrimps, clams, mussels, scallops, calamari, lemon, Bomba rice (Spanish rice), olive oil, & salt.
Sangria is an alcoholic beverage of Spanish and Portuguese origin. It's typically made with red wine, sugar, fruit juice, soda water, and spices, all ingredients easily found in the market.
