Savory and complex fermented tea leaves & fermented ginger tossed with shredded cabbage, sliced onions, peanuts, fried garlic, fresh tomatoes, and dried shrimp.
Course 2: Burmese Duck Curry
Generous portions of duck cooked tender with aromatic Burmese spices, potatoes, onions, and carrots.
Course 3: Coconut Rice
Aromatic jasmine rice cooked with creamy coconut milk and topped with fried onions.
Course 4: Dry Fried Green Beans
Wok-fried green beans seasoned with Burmese flavors.
Course 5: Plum Tapioca
Sugar-free plum-flavored tapioca pearls with cubes of sweet potato. Served with coconut cream and freshly shaved coconut.
