EUPHOTIC: A world-renowned sonic trekker, an instrument-inventor genius, and a master of improvising electrons convene to broadcast stories of worlds free from gravity but teeming with strange, beautiful life. Hidden-band transmissions of the green and purple shifting curtains of the Aurora Borealis. Turn your ears up to the skies.
Cheryl Leonard: instruments from rocks, trees, sand, and water, and occasionally violin
Bryan Day: invented instruments that roll, rub, bang, strum, howl and screech
Tom Djll: analog feedback systems, trumpet
Nail-Biter: New trio of Josh Marshall — sax, Matt Chandler — bass, & Daniel Pearce — drums
VOL. is an art group FKA „The Blues“, comprised of Marissa Magic and Max Nordile, founded in 2014. The genre of music they play could be called Post Apocalyptic Bud Com Free Wave.
Gabby Wen — solo electronics: is a multi-instrumental improviser and multimedia artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been working with guqin (Chinese 7-string zither), electronics, codes, and field recordings to create sounds. Gabby explores the intuitive connection with her instruments during performances, as well as the (in)finite possibilities of sound manipulation.
